Cibele Pilla (Sorocaba, SP, 1972) began her artistic journey in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she lived for two years. With a degree in Law, a Postgraduate degree in Art Therapy, and in Art Education, and a license in Visual Arts, she paints, photographs, and watercolors scenes of urban daily life integrated with nature, sometimes forgotten in large metropolises. She also creates imaginary worlds from memories of her subconscious. She uses paper as a support for her watercolors and used truck canvas for her paintings, among other mediums. She has participated in several national and international exhibitions, receiving awards.
