Margarida Gregori

Born in São Paulo, Margarida Gregori studied plastic arts at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. In Belo Horizonte, she was a student of Amílcar de Castro, José Alberto Nemer and Marcio Sampaio. In São Paulo by Ubirajara Ribeiro, Sérgio Fingermann and others. Currently works with watercolor, acrylic, mixed technique on canvas and installation. In 83/84 she gave workshops at the School of Fine Arts at UFMG.

Since then, she has participated in several art salons, being awarded in some of them. His works are also part of the last Art Exhibition of the Center of Aquarelists of FASM/ABA and international collectives. She held solo shows in Minas Gerais and São Paulo. In 1997, together with other artists, she created Grupo Onze (of 11 watercolor artists) which, in 2007, held the exhibition  Transgressões em Gaia with 11 installations on the environmental problem at Espaço Cultural Villa Lobos in Feb/2008.
